Good Product for the Price
I found the customer service excellent. I was a bit disappointed in being local, ordering local and still having to pay shipping but I guess that's what businesses do these days. The cards turned out just fine but I expected it to be a little better for "premium" (clearer and less rough on the cut edges). But I am happy with the product for what was paid.

We really appreciate your feedback. Our “Premium Business Cards” product is a step up from our “Standard Business Cards” because they are printed on a heavier card stock and on offset presses, which have a bit better printing quality than digital presses. We also offer Luxury cards - which are run in smaller batches and come with special finishes as well, should you wish to step up to the next level. To keep our prices competitive, all of our products are delivered directly to our customers from our production facilities. Business Cards have a $9.99 processing and shipping cost. Shipping to rural areas would have additional charges. While our head office is located in Kelowna, our production facilities are located in larger centres - Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto. As there is more volume in larger centres, we are able to run our presses more efficiently and thus reduce the costs that we charge our customers. So even with a bit of processing and shipping costs, what we charge is generally quite a bit lower and the quality is higher than what you would find at a local copy centre.

Our Premium Business Cards are printed on 16PT Card Stock - which is thicker that most standard business cards. However if 16PT Card Stock is not enough - then our Luxury Business Cards are perfect for those who are looking for ultra-thick cards. With our Luxury Business Cards you can choose to print on 22PT up to 36PT thick Card Stock - which would be roughly 2 - 3 times thicker than Premium Business Cards.
